Mrs Nagalakshmi is Geomin’s very own Business & Operations leader. Her 22 years of experience spans largely across various verticals like Business Operations, Human Resources, Compliance & Controls,  Policy & Process Management. Mrs Nagalakshmi is one of the key directors at Geomin. Her deep understanding and experience brings in a huge value addition across multiple verticals in the company.

Mrs Nagalakshmi is an IBM graduate with a Six Sigma and Lean certification. From 2001 to 2014, she has worked to set up world-class organisational structures and human resource policies, vastly improving operational efficiency for companies like Accenture, IBM and Mphasis.
